IMPORTANT UPDATE!
In light of the holiday weekend, we have extended the registration deadline for this year's walk through September 5th. This deadline is only for the names being printed on the shirts. You can still register online after this deadline, and you may even register in person at the Walk on October 11th.
NEWS:
In an unprecedented outpouring of support, a new group of bereaved parent volunteers have come together to continue the vision originally set forth by the founders of A Walk to Remember. We are proud to announce that A Walk to Remember will be held this year on Saturday, October 11th, 2008, at Clement Park in Littleton, Colorado.
In previous years, the money raised from the walk and silent auction was used to provide care packages to newly bereaved parents in various hospitals throughout Denver. It is our hope and intention to not only continue to provide bereavement care packages, but bereavement education to the medical community, and centralized bereavement support resources to all who need it.
The Walk is just the beginning.
